What is a smovey made of?

smovey Vibroswing is a swinging-ring system and consists of a spiraled tube, four steels balls, and a grip with cushioning elements.

Using a forward motion, followed by an immediate countermovement, the steel balls begin to move freely within the tube. As the balls roll inside the grooved tube, they create a pulsating vibration in the palms of the user's hands, which matches the natural vibration frequency of the human body.

In oder to transfer these vibrations into the palms as effectively as possible, smovey uses a hard plastic tube with a foam rubber grip. On either end of the tube is a dampening element with a very minimal memory effect.

The weight of one ring, at rest, is about one pound, and through the centrifugal force created by the swinging motion, the perceivable weight increases to almost 12 pounds.
